Molathu & Partners is an industrial packaging company that specializes in wooden pallet manufacturing. The company provides bulk material packaging solutions across all sectors of the South African economy. We produce and repair wooden pallets, wooden crates.
The company also provides industrial services that include, but not limited, to industrial cleaning and equipment hire.
Collectively, the executive team boasts well over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, having started and grown a number of micro enterprises.

Kholofelo Molapo

DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Kholofelo Molapo, completed his financial management studies in 2012 and shortly thereafter he joined Standard Bank as a business analyst. He went on to become a private banker in the bank’s private banking division in 2013. After a brief period in banking, he left to start his own transport and commodities distribution business in 2016.
Kholofelo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg. His current ambition is to build a solid industrial packaging business and completing his MBA from Wits Business School.
Lesejta Nkosinathi Thupana

DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Lesetja Thupana started his journey in business in 2013 when he established his 1st industrial supplies enterprise. He went on to complete a number of enterprise development programmes, including the two-time global award-winning Eskom Contractors Academy (2017) and the SAB Foundation’s Tholoana Programme (2023).
Lesetja holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law degree from the University of South Africa and is currently enrolled for a post-graduate diploma in Entrepreneurship at the University of Pretoria.
